The "Tools" Menu:

1. Profile: You can update your personal profile here, including your name, photo, occupations, industries, and bio. You can also see in a person's profile the list of Forum posts and Articles/News.
2. Messages: You can read and send instant text messages from and to other users on this site. You will receive an email notification in case you receive such a message, and can then login to read it.
3. Events: Please use this list of events to register, pay, and reserve a seat at our events. We use Paypal to process your payments, where you can use either your Credit Card or Paypal account. We do not see any financial information you provide to Paypal, and we only keep a record of your registration.
4. Invite a Friend: You can send an automated email to some friends and invite them to join our web site. We will keep track of your request and let you know how successful you are in helping us grow the community.
5. Submit News: Please feel free to submit your latest news to appear under "News From Members" under our "Community" menu. Stay in touch with others by telling us about your new job appointments, success stories, upcoming/recent events, publications, etc.
6. Submit FAQ: You can help us and others build a helpdesk knowledge base by submitting some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Others will then rate your Q&A and after some time we will select the best one to keep on the FAQ.

The "Community" Menu:

1. Interest Groups: You can join online interest groups, or even create a new one and invite others to join. This is useful when you are new to this site, and want to network with people to share ideas and learning opportunities with peers.
2. Discussion Forums: All members are invited to participate in our online discussion forums. You are welcomed to start new discussion threads on any topic of interest.
3. Members List: This is the list of all members registered on our web site. Your profile should appear in there.
4. News From Members: List of the most recent news from our members. Feel free to submit yours to appear there.
5. Jobs Available: You are strongly encouraged to post any job opportunities you are aware of, whether full-time, part-time/consulting, or even internships.
6. Share Documents: Please upload documents you wish to share with our community members, such as White Papers, Publications, Presentations, etc.
7. Services Directory: You can use our directory of professional and consulting services to find reliable experts in various areas. You can also advertise your services in a category of your choice for a minimal fee.
